RETURNS POLICY

Can I return an item?

Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. 

 

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached. 

 

Please email us on info@boosboutique.co.uk to notify us of your return, however, we would recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account. 

 

 

How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it, please drop us an email at info@boosboutique.co.uk. We will send you our returns address along with any other information you might need.

We do not offer free or pre-paid returns. Please pop a note in your parcel, with your full name, telephone number and address along with the description of the items you are returning.
